The Tribute Concert
In My Life: A Tribute to the Life & Music of Bob Balsley is a tribute to area musician and local legend Bob Balsley which featured a tribute concert and album of 20 masterfully written songs by Bob over his 50-year career, all covered by the musicians closest to him.
The tribute concert was held on Saturday and Sunday, February 25 and 26, 2023 at the historic Tarlton Theatre and celebrated Green Bay's own guitar hero and "Lord of the Licks" along with his finest works by his hometown's finest musicians and surprise guests. The concert sold out in under 72 hours.
All tickets included a special, commemorative, limited-run tribute album. The album featured studio versions of the 20 songs performed at the tribute concert, all recorded by the bands themselves, as well as Bob's own original recordings. Our tribute album is now available for purchase on our website and on all streaming platforms.
