The Tarlton Theatre proudly presents our second annual Keys to the City, a live art and music festival celebrating the painting of pianos across our community in Green Bay, Wis.
Seven donated pianos will be moved to public locations throughout Green Bay in partnership with seven neighborhood associations, all of which will be painted live and accompanied by live music. The festival will culminate in the unveiling of seven new, interactive artworks throughout our city
